Do I need to make a reservation if I wanted to purchase some sweets and drinks?

“Pikachu Sweets by Pokémon Cafe” is a takeout shop that requires no reservations. Please come directly to the store.

Can I eat and/or drink inside the store?

We ask our guests to refrain from eating and drinking inside the store. Please eat and drink at the designated area inside the facility.

Can I use a baby stroller?

Entry is allowed.

Can I use a wheelchair?

Entry is allowed.

Can I smoke?

Smoking is prohibited inside the store.

I have food allergies, can you accommodate them?

Please note that in order for our guests to safely enjoy their meals, we cannot accommodate changes to the menu contents, removing certain allergen ingredients, etc.

Do you have menus in another language besides Japanese?

We offer menus in English, simplified and traditional Chinese, and Korean.

How long is the expiration date?

Please consume any sweets and drinks that do not have an expiration date within the day of purchase.

Can I reserve or ship the sweets and drinks?

We do not accept reservations or provide shipping service.

Can I only purchase the goods without ordering sweets and drinks?

You can visit the store only to purchase the goods. We only have a limited amount available, so your understanding will be appreciated when we are out of stock. As for drink sleeves, you can order one per every drink order.

Please tell me about purchasing goods.

A single person is allowed to purchase up to 2 drink sleeves. You can purchase one per every drink order. As for the other goods, you can purchase up to 3 items per product. However, depending on the goods, we may limit the number of items an individual can purchase so that as many customers as possible can have the opportunity to purchase them.
